Using the site
You're welcome to browse Lightly, read about the product, and join the waitlist. By using the site, you're agreeing to keep things friendly: give accurate info, follow the law, and don't try to break, scrape, or attack the service.
What we offer right now
We're pre-launch. Today, that means email updates, product info, and the occasional invitation to early programs. Hardware itself ships in 2026 with its own dedicated terms and warranty when it does.
Our content is ours
The Lightly name, logo, copy, images, and product designs belong to us. You're free to share links and screenshots in good faith — just don't pass our work off as your own.
No warranties on a pre-launch site
The site is provided "as is" while we build. We do our best to keep everything accurate and online, but we can't promise it'll be perfect or that early specs won't change before launch.
To the extent the law allows, Lightly isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this pre-launch site.
These terms can change
As we get closer to launch we may update these terms. If anything material changes, we'll flag it on this page and — where it affects you — give you reasonable notice by email.
